1) After the blocks have been cutting by the big saw, we’ll check their allowance one by one. All the allowances will be controlled under +/-2mm in width, +/-3mm in height, all the values will be marked on each granite.
2) The stone with the same height will be put together, any defective item will be selected out and repair by the profiling machine again. The stone profiling machine will process all the blocks with a computer program, and the shape will be in line with the original design.
3) We’ll check the shapes of each stone according to the PVC template designed based on a DWG file. After that, we will measure the block from different directions for each side and mark the width and height on each side.
4) When all the blocks are inspected one by one, we will install all the bus stop kerbs by group on horizontal ground. Then the blocks in the same group will be packed in one pallet.
